Get more involved in the life of the Union

A local Rep is someone who is prepared to be the face of the union for members in the same academic Schools or undertaking similar roles. It would involve talking to your colleagues about what the Union is doing, distributing Roehampton UCU literature as appropriate, and communicating to the branch committee about what is happening at departmental level.

A local Rep does not have to undertake casework or negotiation duties, but helps raise UCU’s visibility in the workplace. If you think that you could help us with this, please email ucu@roehampton.ac.uk
